The design of our Cardiff restaurant is inspired by the restaurant’s local surroundings. Being close in proximity to Cardiff Castle, we used a complementary, regal colour scheme and asked Rachel Walsh, who attended Cardiff School of Art & Design, to illustrate the walls of the restaurant, drawing inspiration from Quentin Blake who spent his early childhood in Cardiff .
